BRAG BOOKS ARE HERE!
June 13, 2008

You asked for 'em... You got 'em! Brag books (or demi albums) are here and HOT! HOT! HOT! These little books are so adorable and spicy all at the same time. They come in both square (4x4 or 6x6) and rectangular (4x6, 6x9, and 7x10.5) and are a perfect gift for parents, grandparents, a special friend who went the extra mile on your wedding day or as a duplicate, demi copy of your formal album. These are also great albums to showcase your engagement photos! They are compact enough to toss in your purse or laptop bag and sleek enough that everyone will OOH and AHH over how gorgeous they look. Each cover is custom designed and can show off your personal style. The pages are hard, lay flat with a minimal crease down the gutter. Pages are specially coated so they are glossy and stand up to wear and use of being handled. Fingerprints wipe off easily so pass them around and love them.

Check out the sample from Amy and Kyle's wedding last November in downtown Savannah. Gotta have one -- email me for pricing at info@lovelifeart.com

HOT DAYS AND DOUBLE RAINBOWS!
June 11, 2008

It's been one of the hottest summers I remember EVER! The weather has been pretty weird and this picture reminded me of it. It was a late afternoon pop-up shower and the sky had turned eerily dark on one side, and bright on the other -- in the middle was this magical double rainbow.

I found this explanation at Wikipedia .

"Occasionally, a second, dimmer, and thicker secondary rainbow is seen outside the primary bow. Secondary rainbows are caused by a double reflection of sunlight inside the raindrops, and appear at an angle of 50°-53°. As a result of the second reflection, the colours of a secondary rainbow are inverted compared to the primary bow, with blue on the outside and red on the inside. The dark area of unlit sky lying between the primary and secondary bows is called Alexander's band, after Alexander of Aphrodisias who first described it."

I'll have to store that into my useless knowledge category (yes, I'm a helpless Jeoprady fanatic)!
